Growing on the bark and exposed wood of a fallen hardwood tree as well as on Ganoderma megaloma (?) growing on that tree. Near elm, hackberry, sugar maple and red oak. Resupinate. Some poretions looked pileate but on closer examinations they were growing over old Ganoderma fruiting bodies. Pores, white, long and irregular to irpicoid at the margins. ~2-4 pores per mm. Sterile areas bluish opaque. Pores discoloring slightly pale brown. Odor indistinct. Spore print white.
