Description: Original observation #82642 (Mushroom Observer)

Notes: This type was IDed last year on MO. As I understand it (having read a few of the recent conversations) "croceus" is currently used to reference a somewhat broad category of dermocybes. I find this type consistently under Blue Spruce on my neighbor's property. They are amongst the last annual mycorrhizals to appear around here, and surprisingly, amongst the first to reappear in the spring.
