Walk up 7174 for about 3 1/2 miles until you reach an elevation of 4800-4900 ft (small creek crosses road at this point). Leave the road and traverse the slope in a southeast direction maintaining a 4800-4900 ft elevation (altimeter is helpful). Follow elk trails into first wash area immediately below rock wall. Pass large cwd ascend out of wash following elk trails below rocky slope. Hike for approx. 2000 more feet. Reference point is Pseudotsuga., 47 -121.49, 1494m

SP1 is 1980 feet at 253 degrees from this point. Alternatively one could hike in the abanded Rd. west of the unit however the swamp to the north of the unit is difficult to distinguish from here., 47 -121.49, 1494m

Google Map

Google Maps is a web mapping service provided by Google that features a map that users can pan (by dragging the mouse) and zoom (by using the mouse wheel). Collection points are displayed as colored markers that when clicked on, displays the full information for that collection. When multiple species are queried (separated by semi-colons), different colored markers denote each individual species.

Google Earth (KML)

This creates an KML file that can be opened in the Google Earth mapping application. Note that you must have Google Earth installed on your computer to make use of this option.
