United States, Oregon, Lane, Mckenzie Ranger District at Rainbow Falls Overlook, Willamette National Forest, Blue River- From Eugene, Hwy 126 East past Mckenzie Bridge to right(south) on 2643 Foley Ridge Road. 6.2 miles on 2643 to 480 cutoff. Take 480 to the end, trailhead to Rainbwo falls overlook. Hiek the trail to the overlook. From there follow 203 degrees down through the rocky outcropping to a large rocky opening just up from the east end of the opening, follow 30 degrees to another opening, smaller, with a notche PSME snag at the verytop. From the snag 345 feet 140 degrees a log that crosses separation creek. There is a 15 inch PSME notched log indicating where to cross. Cross., 44.12526 -122.00573, 762m

Google Map
