United States, Ohio, Alexandria, 4235 Morse Rd.. Growing on a well-rotted hardwood log in the floodplain of a small creek. Pileipellis composed of brown, thick-walled, roughened cellular elements. Pleurocystidia absent. Cheilocystidia hyaline and filiform. Spores brown, smooth and with a small germ pore. Spore measurements: (6.2) 6.9 - 8.3 (9.2) × (3.6) 3.7 - 4.5 (4.7) µm, Q = (1.6) 1.7 - 2 (2.2); N = 30, Me = 7.6 × 4.1 µm; Qe = 1.9, 40.0639 -82.5704
