Leave the road and traverse the slope in a southeast direction maintaining a 4800-4900 ft. elevation (Altimeter is helpful). Follow elk trails into first wash area immediately below rock wall. Pass large cwd ascend out of wash following elk trails below rocky slope. hike for approx 2000 more feet. Reference point is Pseudotsuga, 47 -121.49, 1494m
