United States, Ohio, Granville, Denison Biological Reserve. Growing on the underside of a hardwood log near Pinus strobus, Quercus sp, Carya sp, Fagus grandifolia and other hardwoods. Rhizomorphs present at the margins. All structures inamyloid. Monomitic with clamped generative hyphae. Hyphoid cystidia present. Basidia 4-sterigmate. Spores smooth.
