Stems and spines bruising orange. Monomitic with clamped generative hyphae. Hymenial cystidia absent. Basidia 2-sterigmate to 4-sterigmate. Spores smooth and hyaline. Spores: (6.7) 8 - 10.1 (11.9) × (6.5) 7.4 - 8.9 (9.9) µm, Q = 1 - 1.2; N = 30, Me = 9.1 × 8.2 µm; Qe = 1.1., 39.0846 -82.6729
